The secrets of an ancient craft
Bread is undoubtedly one of the most cherished foods on our tables, appreciated for its aroma, texture, and flavours. But what goes into baking good bread? You can find out by visiting the artisan workshop of Panificio Zanoni, where you'll get to experience the entire bread-making process, from kneading the dough to baking the bread. You'll get to roll up your sleeves and get your hands in the dough, and the best part is, you'll get to take your freshly baked bread home with you.
