The Viesi Carlo Organic Farm is waiting for you during the weekends in October to let you taste its special products: roasted chestnuts accompanied by a special chestnut honey beer.
In the small mountain village of Castione, on the Brentonico Plateau, the Azienda Agricola Viesi Carlo opens the doors of its shop to tell you the history of the centuries-old chestnut groves that surround the village and the secrets of cereal and vine cultivation.
Here you can taste the company’s top products such as roasted chestnuts, a precious variety of chestnuts that have been produced for centuries in this land and are distinguished by their unmistakable flavour and quality, accompanied by a special chestnut honey beer, an amber nectar in which 3 different malts and 3 different hops are mixed with the strong and slightly bitter flavour of chestnut honey, which gives this beer a unique colour, aroma and scent.
And for the little ones, organic elderflower syrup galore!
