Genoa pre-season training camp

Genoa, Italy's oldest football club, once again chooses Trentino as the location for its 2024/2025 summer training camp. After around 6-7 thousand fans reached Val di Fassa last summer for the 15-day stay of Badelj and his team-mates, Gilardino's team will do the encore. In fact, from 13th to 26th July, players, technical staff and managers will once again be able to count on the warm Ladin welcome, on high-level services and sports facilities in order to refine their preparation, in the best possible way, in view of the next Serie A championship.

The summer retreat represents a unique moment for the fans, an opportunity to get closer to their idols. For the Grifone's members, the programme includes the possibility to attend training sessions and friendly matches, but also to participate in various events in the squares of Moena, Pozza and Canazei, in order to favour the meeting and mutual knowledge.

The Ligurian team led by coach Alberto Gilardino will stay at the Wellness Hotel Dolomia in Soraga, while the headquarters of the preparation will be, as always, the Carlo Benatti sports centre, at the entrance of Moena, where in addition to the daily training sessions (from 9.30 am to 12 pm and from 3.30 pm to 6 pm) the Genoa team will play three matches against local and regional teams. Outside the pitch, the Genoa Village will be set up with music, activities, table football, darts and football-tennis tournaments.

The contribution of the local club "Monti Pallidi", which will logistically support the club during the fourteen-day stay, is essential.

Confirmed and already sold-out are the Genoa Camps, the football courses for children and youngsters, run by technicians and instructors from the youth sector and the Academy, organised thanks to the support of Experience Summer Camp.
