From Argentina comes "Manic Freak" with Pequeño Payaso. An eccentric madman, a freak who loves vertigo, an individual in love with imbalance. Dynamic and charismatic, blending juggling, acrobatics and balancing, he manages to fascinate the audience, moving from tenderness to the absurd, thus reaching our most sensitive nature: our inner child.
At 2 p.m. in the locality "Gardeccia", reachable on foot from "Ciampedie" (by cable car; approx. 45 minutes) or from Pera (by chairlift; approx. 20 minutes). Free show for adults and children of all ages. Duration approx. 45 minutes. In case of bad weather, it will be held at the events pavilion in Pozza at 5 p.m.
"Manic Freak" is one of the shows of the "Circen Dolomites Festival". For a whole week, from 26 July to 2 August to be precise, Val di Fassa hosts well-known street artists and talented international jugglers. Squares, museums, but also high-altitude locations are transformed into exceptional stages for amazing performances of skill and inventiveness. The festival is organised by the Fassa juggling group "Circensema", founded in 2017 in collaboration with the local association "Inout", which has been practising circus art for a number of years and also trains, together with professionals, a number of teenagers who perform in shows throughout the year, combining juggling with theatre.
