The day begins with the milking of the friendly cows of the malga and the story of the main activities that are carried out in a mountain farm. After milking the milk, you will be shown how it is made into cheese through a practical demonstration. At the end of the activity, you can enjoy a delicious sweet or savoury breakfast prepared with the genuine products of the malga.
