Get ready for an unforgettable culinary experience at one of the most eagerly awaited and loved summer events: Soraga's "Golosando" festival! In the meadow below the church, from 6.30 p.m. onwards, the air will be filled with irresistible aromas and contagious laughter as you savour the tastiest dishes of Ladin tradition, cooked with passion by volunteer associations and chefs from the village hotels. The menu is a journey through Ladin flavours: start with classic dumplings and continue with a rich barley soup. Don't miss the polenta, cooked in the copper pot and served with succulent sausage, tender knuckle and intensely flavoured local cheeses. And finally, let yourself be tempted by the typical desserts that are sure to win your palate over. But it is not just the food that makes this evening magical. The atmosphere is made even more special by the live music of the "Spritz Band" whose cheerfulness and energy will make you dance and sing under the stars. Every note, every laugh, every bite will envelop you in an experience that celebrates the conviviality and traditions of Val di Fassa.
Tickets can be purchased at the cash desk at the entrance to the meadow. Reservations are not required. Seating with takeaway possibility. In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled and postponed until a later date.
