In the heart of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, Villa Santi is an ancient rural house renewed through a
conservative restoration project that has maintained its traditional appearance, while also adopting
innovative technologies focused on the healthiness of materials, energy efficiency, and water savings.
Here you can be guided to rediscover forgotten connections with the landscape, made up of images, sounds, and
sensory perceptions we are now little accustomed to. We want to introduce our guests to a different reality,
distant from stressful rhythms and city noise. There is space for those who wish to snowshoe, enjoy the
winter sun, or simply stop to listen to the silence. Villa Santi can accommodate up to 30
people and is suitable not only for group vacations but also an original location for meetings, events,
summer schools, and cultural activities.
It has a well-equipped conference room, a reading room, a games room, and other classrooms suitable for various activities.
The hotel kitchen is available for guests who wish to self-cater, but there is also the option to stay in "hotel" style with full or half board.
Villa Santi has received the "Quality Park" mark from the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, which attests to its commitment to improve its relationship with the environment in all its aspects. As attested by the product club "Cuore Rurale," of which we are a part, here you will find only nature, relaxation, and simplicity.

Arrival
HOW TO REACH US From Giudicarie: coming from Tione di Trento, take the SS237; just before Saone, turn towards Preore along the SP34. After passing the roundabout towards the center of Preore, take a left uphill on the SP53 which climbs steeply towards the Municipality of Montagne. After passing the three fractions of Cort, Larzana, and Binio, you will soon reach the Villa Santi structure. From Trento: coming from Trento towards Ponte Arche, continue along the SS237 past the village of Saone in the direction of Tione di Trento. Halfway through the long stretch between Saone and Tione, turn right onto the SP34DIR which crosses the Sarca river and reaches the village of Preore, where you follow the SP53 as described above. From Val Rendena: at Spiazzo, leave the SS239 and cross the bridge over the Sarca towards the fraction of Fisto; continue south and slightly uphill towards the other fraction of Ches where the steep road to "Prà da l'Asan" begins. After a few kilometers, you will arrive at the Durmont Hut near Passo Daone 1,310m. After passing the pass, descend for a few switchbacks until you reach the Villa Santi structure.
