This is a 65 sqm flat on the ground floor of a house located on the main street of Baselga, 300 metres from the lake. It consists of a living area with a living room (bookcase and television) and kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub. From the twin bedroom there is access to a balcony overlooking the garden below. At the entrance level there is a large clearing for car parking.
In the basement there is a laundry room (with washing machine, drying rack and shower) with access to a garden with table and drying rack. At guests' disposal are 4 bicycles of different sizes, one of which is equipped with a child seat.
