Orienteering is a pleasant outdoor sport, the sport to be practised in the woods in the midst of nature!
It is suitable for the whole family and you will find the right route thanks to the maps and a compass that will help you find your way around. Orientation is a fascinating sport discipline, imported to Italy by Professor Valdimir Pacl who organised the first race in Italy in 1974 in Val di Non, in Ronzone. This sport is practiced mainly in Trentino so, being here on holiday, the opportunity is excellent to get closer to this new activity. Alone or in company, you will enter the forest in search of fixed points marked on the map: it is not a matter of following the usual path but of orienting yourself towards the right point, feeling a little explorer and learning to observe and respect the nature that surrounds us.
