WELCOME TO MARILLEVA! WE ARE IN MEZZANA/MARILLEVA 1400 - VAL DI SOLE - IN FRONT OF SOLARIA COMPLEX AND EASILY SERVED BY THE NEW CABLEWAY ALBARE'. This tourist apartment complex is located in Marilleva 1400, right next to the aerial cableway and the Solaria/Albarè shopping center. The complex features cozy apartments, a bar, and a restaurant. Each unit features a kitchenette, dining niche, living niche with 2-3 beds, relaxation zone with 2 beds and JUST RENEWENED bathroom with shower; an optimal habitability for 4 people is done by a good subdivision of the different zones with equipped wooden walls. Most with a balcony. All the apartments are provided of hair-drier, television, safe and most of them with a balcony. An agreement with restaurant inside the residence is possible for breakfast and dinner. Animation club from 20th December to 14th March. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Saturday to Saturday rental
- Final cleaning € 50,00 per apartment
MANDATORY CLUB CARD: (not applied for children age 0-8) € 25,00 per person/period and includes: free Wi-Fi in all common areas, TV in the apartment, entertainment on the slopes, accompanied skiing, cabaret, evening shows.
- Bed/bath linen included in prices (provided at arrival).
- Refundable deposit 150 euros must be paid at arrival (the deposit will be refunded on the departure day after the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned).
OPTIONAL SURCHARGES ON REQUEST :
- SMALL PETS: Admitted only on request and only in the apartment (pets are not allowed in the common areas – bar - restaurant –entertainment room); a MANDATORY surcharge of 50 euros will be applied and the pet’s health card will be required.
- CRIB RENTAL: 50 euros with linen and duvet included
- IF bed/bath linen must be changed during the week : 15 euros per person.

The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
the holiday booked. It is not included in the price of the stay.

From June 8th to September 22nd 2024 the Val di Sole Guest Card is available on request at a special rate just for our guests, on a 6-day basis: € 41,00 adults and € 29,00 juniors age 14-16. CHILDREN FREE under age 13 if accompanied by 1 adult (1:1). Further info
