It has a large 9 metre long panoramic balcony directly over the Brenta River, which offers an impressive view of the Venetian bridge, the picturesque houses and arcades of Corso Ausugum. The living area, which overlooks the recently renovated Piazza M. della Resistenza, offers a splendid view of the Church of St Anne.
The most important services are in the immediate vicinity: grocery shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, tourist information centre, bars, patisseries, restaurants and pizzerias are all within walking distance of the accommodation.
The 125 square metre flat is bright and comfortable. The furnishings are new and modern, while the residential structure is historic and offers a perfect blend of contemporary comfort and historic charm.
