The rental portion of the house spans two floors: the ground floor features a kitchen with all necessary appliances, while the upper floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, there is a lush outdoor space for guests to enjoy.

Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, and a pharmacy. With the nearby cycle path, the centre of Riva and its beaches are just a 10-minute bike ride away.
