CAV CHIARA

Located in a central but quiet area of the town of Tione di Trento, the four vacation apartments managed by Chiara are totally new and offered to guests from February 2024.

Two apartments, "Elisa" and "Chiara", located on the ground floor and with separate entrances, are located within the new and modern totally green structure. In fact, two photovoltaic systems placed on the roof provide enough electricity to run all the utilities of the house, including the innovative heating system with Swedish technology.Composed of a large living room with two-seater sofa bed and kitchen, exposed wooden roof, loft, double bedroom and bathroom, they are equipped with every comfort. Complete kitchen with all appliances and washing machine in the bathroom.There is in both large well-fenced outdoor space (for any pets) and exclusive parking space.

The other two apartments, "Moretta" (which, depending on requirements, can offer additional accommodation for two people in the annex "Moiepiane") and "Zeller" are all located on the ground floor and inside a historic Art Nouveau building of 1900 and have preserved, even after the complete renovation, the large windows and the airiness of the rooms.Composed of large living room with sofa bed for two and kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom, they are equipped with every comfort. Full kitchen with all appliances and washer-dryer in the bathroom.Reserved outdoor parking space. There is a large fenced garden for common use.

Tione di Trento is an alpine village located at 600 mt/slm and offers tourists stores, supermarkets, hospital and medical guard.

The village is in a strategic position to easily reach the renowned resorts such as:

• Madonna di Campiglio ( 29 km) and Pinzolo (16 km) in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites;
• Val Genova (16 km), the main gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park;
