It is located in the centre of Rovereto, 900 metres from the railway station, a stone's throw from the various services (shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, banks, pharmacies, etc.) from the city's main museums and the cycle path and 30 metres from the car park in the historic centre. It is a 20-minute walk from sports facilities (swimming pool, stadium) and about a 15-minute walk from the hospital.
It is located on the third floor (without lift) of a historic building in the most characteristic part of the city with a view of the mountains and rooftops of Rovereto. The flat of about 50 square metres is an open space designed to offer comfort and brightness. The kitchen/living room is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans and cutlery. The living room is functionally furnished with a sofa bed and TV. The sofa easily converts into a comfortable double bed offering a practical and comfortable solution for the night. The spacious bedroom, separated by a plasterboard wall, provides privacy while maintaining the harmony of the open space and houses a double bed and a large wardrobe. On request we provide a cot for children under 3 years.
The bathroom is windowed with a spacious shower and washing machine.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided. Bed linen is changed every 6 days, bathroom linen is changed every 3 nights.
Bikes and motorbikes can be parked in the private garage, which is 500 metres away.
We have the possibility of activating a guest card free of charge for you, which gives you free access to all the museums in the city for the entire duration of your stay, as well as free travel on local public transport.
Excellent starting point for tours by road bike, mountain bike, e-bike. Close to the city's Via Augusta cycle path.
