My family and I have been given hospitality for a long time and we have always tried to combine our ancient traditions with the desire to create a pleasant, cheerful, friendly and efficient high quality service. In our hotel you can find everything you might wish for your holiday in the mountains: a sincere and spontaneous hospitality, comfortable rooms, simple but refined culinary delights. We also offer a wellness center with sauna, steam bath, hot mint shower, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, herbal tea room. Hotel Bertoldi is the ideal starting point for a sportive and healthy holiday; enjoy romantic walks along the nearby Lavarone lake! We'll offer you 1 entrance to the beach, umbrella and chairs included! In winter the proximity of the hotel to the ski lift (1 km) of the Skiarea Alpe Cimbra Folgaria-Lavarone (total 104 km of slopes) gives you the chance of making the most of a holiday on the snow for Alpine and Nordic skiing lovers.     Upon confirmation, we will ask you for the details (number, expiration date and owner name) of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard - No American Express) to guarantee the reservation. Only in case of no-show (No Show), without cancellation and within 5 days of arrival, the cost of the first night booked will be charged. The credit card details will be kept on non-computerized media and eliminated upon departure of the customer.

In case of cancellation of a booking with a deposit, the penalties will be: no penalty for cancellations within 16 days of arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded, deducting only any collection and / or shipping costs.
