Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them. All payments are permitted ONLY by bank transfer. Once you pay the deposit, the remaining amount has to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days prior to arrival. The price includes energy consumption (water, electricity, and heating and final cleaning. Linen is provided only on request and payment separately. No pets are allowed.
